I was once a certified corporate interior designer and found my passion as a yoga teacher. 

I have been doing yoga for over 7 years and am a compassion-focused Registered Yoga Teacher based in South Carolina, near Charleston.  I am a mother of a teen and was a single mother for eight years. 

I have learned to manage stress in my everyday life with yoga principles and have shared these techniques with others who use them often in their daily lives.
