Roll Model® Method

This wonderful self-myofascial release (self-massage) is a method created by Jill Miller with Tune Up Fitness. The Roll Model® Method uses principles and practices to enhance mobility, prevent injury, reduce stress, build body awareness and practice self-care fitness. It is a great way to begin your journey with Tune Up Fitness and start your journey of improved mobility, flexibility and balance.

A Roll and Stretch class incorporates The Roll Model Method® along with yoga. We work with the different techniques of the Roll Model® Method and roll out the knots, tight muscles, and fascia along with stretching.

For the Roll and Stretch class, it's recommended to wear tight-fitting clothing to allow the props to effectively work on your fascia. This will enable you to fully experience the benefits of the class. If you have long hair, please ensure it is pulled back and secured away from your neck.
