Yoga Life with Amy is mobile and I come to you. If you would like to do yoga in your house, clubhouse, work or I do have a space in my home if that works better for you.

Yoga Life with Amy can provide mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters as needed. Otherwise, you are able provide any of the above or any other props that will allow you to be comfortable.

For a private yoga session, comfort is key! Wear clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga pants or leggings with a comfortable top are ideal. You might also consider a layer for relaxation at the end of the session. Most importantly, choose something that makes you feel relaxed and confident.
