Yoga Flow at Foundation Family Chiropractic

A medium paced flow class designed for students at any part in their yoga journey. The instructor teaches poses that are both challenging and rewarding for students. This class includes multiple balance poses and poses are connected with a flow to down-dog.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing that is easy to move in with layers (may start off chilly and may get warm). Yoga is typically practiced barefoot, however, some prefer to wear socks with grip on the bottom.

What to bring: Your personal mat, blocks and straps if you have them. Yoga Life with Amy will provide a limited amount of extra blocks and straps if you do not own your own.
